     Office report seen. Heard. Be registered. The present miscellaneous application has been filed on behalf of applicant/OPs/JDs seeking permission to deposit the decretal amount of Rs.12,775/- with this Commission, vide draft No.505448 dated 06.03.2024 drawn on ICICI Bank, in compliance of order dated 14.12.2023 passed by this Commission in CC/489/2020. Let this draft of Rs.12,775/- be deposited in the official account of this Commission and then amount be invested in the fixed deposit receipt initially for a period of one year and to be disbursed as & when applied for to the person entitled in terms of the award passed or if any execution is filed. Intimation regarding deposit of the amount be given to the complainant. The present miscellaneous application is disposed of accordingly. It be tagged with the main file.
