This appeal is put up today. No one appeared on behalf of the appellant. This appeal was filed on 07-07-2014 against the impugned order dated 16-04-2014 and since then the appellant is being allowed regularly for taking steps and to remove the defects in the appeal but neither the steps have been taken; nor the defects have been removed and even the appellant is not present, which shows that the appellant is not interested in this appeal against the impugned order by which the complaint of the complainant was dismissed by the District Consumer Forum.
Hence this appeal is hereby dismissed in default of the appellant.
