JUDGMENT

MR. JUSTICE AKHTAR HUSAIN KHAN (ORAL)

None appeared for appellant. Appeal was filed on 18.11.2015. Registry has reported appeal to be defective. Several dates have been given to appellant for removing defect but defect pointed out by registry has not been removed. On 27.05.2016 last opportunity was given to appellant for removing to defect subject to condition that no further time shall be given again for this purpose. Even then the appellant failed to remove defect and none is present today for appellant.

In view of above appeal is not entertained and is dismissed as defective.
