Final Order / Judgement | Today is fixed for taking steps by the parties. Both parties have filed a joint application supported by affidavit for withdrawing this case. Heard both sides. Considered submission. According to the submission of the ld. Advocates of both sides, the disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled and so the parties are not interested to proceed with this case. Heard and considered submission. Perused the joint application filed by both parties. On close examination of the said joint application it appears that the parties have settled their disputes amicably without any interference of third party. Moreso, no fraud act has been played in the matter of reaching to the compromise. So, this District Commission is of the view that this case can be disposed of as per petition filed by the parties. In the result, it is accordingly, ordered that this M.A case no. 66 of 2023 be and the same is disposed of as it is withdrawn. No order is passed as to costs. | |
