ORDER

     Vide her separate statement, complainant has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, she has received dupatta in question and Rs.10,000/- through NEFT from OP as full and final settlement in the present matter, hence, she does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     In view of the above, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
