Complainant/petitioner is present in person.

The Misc. Application dated 10.03.2023 under order no.1 rule 10 CPC is taken up for hearing.

Complainant/petitioner submits that Aditya Birla Finance Limited and Propelled are other necessary parties. They are requiring to be added. Consequently the prayer mentioned in the schedule of amendment is also required to be amended in complaint application.

The proposed amendment is necessary for proper adjudication of the case and the same will not change the nature and character of the complaint.

Therefore, the Misc. Application dated 10.03.2023 is allowed except the words “and threatening the Complainant and her 4-years-old daughter.”.

The complainant/petitioner is directed to file amended copy of complaint in CC/129/2022.

Thus the Misc. Application is disposed of.
