Case called out repeatedly. Both the parties are absent. It appears from perusal of the record that, the complainant was absent on earlier date i.e. 18/04/2017. It also appears from perusal of the pleadings of the parties that, the complainant is neither a consumer nor borrower of the O.P. therefore, the present complaint is liable to be dismissed. In view of the above, the present complaint is dismissed accordingly. Let record be consigned.
