11.03.2019                Today the case is fixed for filing of written version by the O.P. One joint compromise petition has filed on behalf of both the parties on the ground that the petitioner has agreed to compromise after receiving Rs.30,932/- ( Rupees thirty thousand Nine Hundred thirty two only) towards full and final satisfaction of his claim and  the matter has been settled in between the parties outside this Hon’ble Forum. The aforesaid compromised amount will be received by the complainant from the O.P. within two months from the date of this compromise order. Thereafter, the complainant wants to withdraw the case and do not want to proceed with the case any further.

                                    Heard. As the parties do not want to proceed with the case any further the present complaint case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.

Accordingly the present case is disposed of. Inform the parties as per rule.
