Complainant no representation. Complaint posted for hearing on admission last posting also no representation for complainant. However, the Forum verified the complaint and it is found that complainant entered into an agreement with opposite party on 13.05.2011. Time stipulated for the performance of the contract was 12 months. From the date of agreement is as on before 13/05/2012. Hence complaint should have to file the complaint within two years from the date of 13/05/2012. In the above circumstances we are of the view that the above complaint is barred by limitation. Hence complaint is dismissed.
