Today ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement. 

      “Stated that there are some technical flaws in framing the complaitn and i may be allowed to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file fresh compalitn on the same cause of action.”

In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdraw and the complainant is permitted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the defects. if any, as per law. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per law. File be consigned to record room.
