The record is put up this day as per put up petition.

The record was not put up on 14.06.2021 due to Lock down for corona virus.

The complainants, namely, Sanjay Kumar Dey and Boby Das file hazira and the opposite party Nos:-1,2 & 3 also file hazira through their Ld. Advocates.

The complainants and the Opposite Party Nos:-1 & 2 have filed the compromise petition along with terms and condition which is verified. The complainant Sanjay Kumar Dey and Boby Das are examined, cross examined and discharged as P.W1 & P.W2.

Heard both sides in full.

Perused the case record along with the compromise petition and the oral evidence of P.W1 & P.W2. It appears that the case has been ended in compromise out of this Commission in between the parties and the proforma O.P No-3 has no objection if the case is disposed of. The compromise petition appears to be is legal, valid and proper. As such, it is accepted.
