ORDER:

                   The case file taken up today on the application moved by the Decree Holder. The Decree Holder has made statement that he accepts the cheque  No.051132  dated 20.4.2016 amounting to Rs.722280/- from the Judgment Debtor in compliance of the order under execution as full and final satisfaction. Hence, he withdraw the execution. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.                In view of that the present application is dismissed  as withdrawn as fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
