                        Sultan Singh Vs Universal Sompo            

Present: Sh. Sultan Singh, DH/Complainant in person alongwith Sh. Balwan Singh Dhaunchak, Advocate.

                                   

     File taken up today on the application moved by the DH for releasing the deposited amount.

     As per report of Accountant of this Commission, JDs has deposited an amount of Rs.39,884/- vide cheque bearing No.059529 dated 30.05.2024 in the account of the Commission.

               On the direction, Accountant has placed on file, cheque bearing no.437271 dated 13.06.2024 of amounting to Rs.39,884/- in favour of the complainant.

               DH/complainant appeared and suffered his separate statement to the effect that he has received a cheque bearing no.437271 dated 13.06.2024 of amounting to Rs.39,884/- from this Commission in compliance to the order dated 25.10.2023 under execution. JDs has not filed any appeal against the order under execution before the Hon’ble State Consumer Commission, Panchkula Haryana. He withdraws the present execution application being fully satisfied.

     In view of the above statement the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
