1. Poonam Devi wife of late Sh. Sushil Kumar.
2. Sheetal minor daughter of late Sh. Sushil Kumar.
3. Armaan minor son of Sh. Sushil Kumar minor’s claimant No.2 & 3 being minor through their mother Smt. Poonam Devi (petitioner no.1) who is the natural guardian and next friend has got no adverse interest with the said minors, all residents of House no.345, Village Budha Khera, Tehsil and District Karnal.

Universal Sompo General Insurance Company Limited, SCO-9, 1^st floor, above Central Bank of India, Sector-10, Panchkula, through its Branch Manager (Insurer of Car bearing no.HR-05AZ-8595.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present: Sh. Kamal Kant Lodhi, Counsel for the Complainant.

                                           

       Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered.

       Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraws the same on technical ground and sought permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law.     

              In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies of the same. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
