 1.      During the course of arguments, Sh.Des Raj Barwal, complainant alongwith Sh.Vikram Puri, Adv.got recorded his statement that he is ready to settle the claim for Rs.23000/- towards full and final settlement of the present complainant and for issuing cheque, aadhar card duly signed by him is duly supplied to the counsel for the opposite parties. In view of the above statement, Sh.P.N.Khanna, Adv.counsel for the opposite parties got recorded his statement that after hearing the statement of the complainant, he agreed to pass a consent order for Rs.23000/- towards and final settlement and further stated that cheque shall be delivered in the name of the complainant within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of order.

2.       In view of the above circumstances, we are of the considered view that it is a fit case which can be disposed of  by giving directions to both the parties in view of the statements got recorded by them. Since the complainant has agreed to settle the claim for Rs.23000/- towards full and final settlement, as such, present complaint is disposed off with directions to the opposite parties to pass a consent order of Rs.23000/- and deliver cheque for Rs.23000/- in the name of the complainant within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of order. Copy of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
