Final Order / Judgement

Present:       Sh. Charanjit Singh, complainant/applicant in person.

 

                   Sh. Charanjit Singh has filed the present application against respondents/JDs for making compliance of the order dated 19.10.2016 passed by this Forum in complaint no.CC no.112 of 2016 titled as Charanjit Singh Vs Universal Sompo General Insurance Company Limited. Ld. counsel for JDs deposited the demand draft no.057290 dated 31.12.2016 for Rs.39,986/- drawn on Bank of Baroda in this Forum in compliance of the order dated 19.10.2016 passed by this Forum. The case was fixed for 02.02.2017 for issuing notice to respondents/JDs. Today, Sh. Charanjit Singh complainant/decree holder has moved an application for taking up the execution file, as he is ready to receive the amount deposited by JDs in compliance of the order dated 19.10.2016. As per office report an amount of Rs.39,986/- was deposited by the JDs in the bank account of this Forum on 16.01.2017. The office is directed to issue the cheque of Rs.39,986/- in favour of Sh. Charanjit Singh, complainant/decree holder against proper receipt and verification. File be put up after lunch.

 

 

                   File taken up after lunch. Complainant/ decree holder Charanjit Singh has suffered a statement that he has received cheque bearing no.192495 dated 25.01.2017 amounting to Rs.39,986/-, as the respondent has complied with the order dated 19.10.2016 of this Hon'ble Forum. So, he does not want to pursue with the present execution application anymore and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the above, the present execution application is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. File be consigned to record room.
