                   Today the present case is fixed for consideration, if any before “Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan” for disposal of pending consumer cases. The counsel for complainant stated on 2.12.2022 that he is not in contact with the complainant, hence, he wants to withdraw the present complaint. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

                   In view of above statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.
