                   On the last date of hearing Court notice was issued to the complainant. As per track consignment report placed on file, notice has been delivered. Case called several times since morning. But neither the complainant nor his representative appeared before this Commission. It appears that complainant is not interested in his case. It is already 3:00 P.M.  No more wait is justified. Present complaint is therefore, dismissed in default.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to the opposite parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
