Today the present complaint is fixed for concluding arguments but counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant tendered a statement                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       before this commission that he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and stated that he withdraws the present complaint and requested for filing the same. 

In view of the statement so tendered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
