ORDER

          The complainant has made statement in the shape of endorsement on the complaint itself that the matter between the parties has been settled and he has received a sum of Rs.5000/- towards full and final settlement of his claim and he withdraws this complaint.

          In view of the said statement in the shape of endorsement made by the complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
