Present:       None for the parties.

                    Case called several times since morning but none appeared on behalf of the parties.  It is now 2.55 p.m.   Case called again but nobody has come present.  This case is pending for filing of the written statement on behalf of OP no. 2, who had put in appearance on 17.04.2015 through his counsel.  Since then after availing a number of opportunities he has failed to file the written statement.  Previously the case was adjourned for filing of the written statement by OP no. 2 subject to payment of Rs. 500/- which was to be deposited with this District Forum.  The OP no. 2 neither deposited the cost nor filed the written statement.

                    The complainant or his counsel also not appearing on various dates.  No further adjournment is justified.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room.
