                                                                     ORDER

                          The present disputes arises out of the complaint petition filed by the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service against afore mentioned O.Ps for non refund of defective mobile cost of Videocon company.

                         The O.Ps are appeared  in person before the forum and filed memo signed by the complainant and refuting the allegations of the complainant and made argument touching the point both on facts as well as a law.

 

                         On perusal of the records we find the complainant filed a memo stating that after receipt of the notice from the forum the ops are paid the mobile cost amount to me through cheque with full and final satisfaction of settlement. Complainant received Rs.4,999/- vide cheque No.6865 dt.30.04.2014 from the ops

 

                        The complainant in person is present before the forum and has submitted a memo to withdraw the case since he has already received the outstanding amount with the aforesaid case.

                        We perused the memo and the memo is allowed.

 

                       According the case is dropped. as not pressed by the complainant. Parties are left to bear their own cost.
