ORDER

Counsel for both parties have filed a Joint Memo stating that the accused has tendered 3 post dated cheques one for Rs.25,000/- and other two cheques for Rs.50,000/- each towards full satisfaction of the claim of the complainant. Counsel for the complainant reports receipt of the same and in the Jt. Memo it is stated that cheques are accepted subject to realization, reserving liberty to the complainant to prosecute the accused U/S 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act in the event of bouncing of any cheques. Hence, Jt. Memo is accepted and complaint is closed in view of the memo filed and accused is discharged
