This appeal is directed against the order of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Puducherry in Consumer Complaint No.59/2011, dated 28.07.2014.
2. Notice have been served on both the respondents/O.P.s. There was no representation on behalf of R1/O.P.No.1. As regards R2/O.P.2, one Mr. Manivannan represents. Hence, the matter was posted for arguments.
3. To-day, when the matter is taken up for arguments, a memo has been filed on behalf of the appellant/complainant withdrawing the appeal as the matter has been settled amicable outside this Commission. The same was recorded. In view of the same, the appeal is disposed as withdrawn.
