Since morning despite repeated calls none appeared on behalf of complainant. Perusal of the record shows that  since the date of admission i.e. 17.03.2022 despite ample opportunity vide order dated 22.05.2023, 25.09.2023, 28.05.2024 and opportunity was given to the complainant to serve OP2. Complainant failed to serve OP2. Today also none appeared on behalf of complainant. It seems that complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint. The present complaint is therefore dismissed in default for non appearance as well as for non prosecution.
