                                                            O R D E R

            Complainant represented by counsel and opposite party No.2 is present.  Matter is settled between parties in the adalat.  As per settlement the opposite party No.2 is ready to  refund the value of the subject matter of the complaint i.e Rs.8000/- plus Rs.2000/- as compensation and Rs.2000/- as cost of the proceeding to the complainant.  2^nd Opposite party paid the total amount of Rs.12000/- and  complainant’s counsel received the above said amount and acknowledged the same.  Hence the complaint is dismissed as settled.
