Notice was sent to OPs through registered post for today but none has appeared on behalf of OPs. The OPs have sent a letter dated 18.8.2021 which was received by this Commission through registered post. It is mentioned in the letter by OPs that the request will be processed in the Ensuing Meeting to be held on 20.8.2021 and subsequently share certificate will be issued in favour of Mr. Amritpal  ( complainant ) and dispatched to his address by registered post. 

Today learned counsel for complainant has suffered a statement that the opposite parties have redressed the grievance of the complainant. As such, as per instructions of his client  (complainant) he does not want to pursue the present compliant further and withdraws the same.

In view of the statement suffered by counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be indexed and consigned to record.
