Complainant is absent without step. Opp.party  no. 1 & 2 are present through  learned counsel. It reveals from the record that complainant  was absent without step on 7.10.21, 3.12.21, 2.3.22 , 2.5.22 and 4.8.22 although the case has been fixed for cross examination of O.P.W.. We are of the view that complainant is not interested in his case and hence the case is dismissed for default.
