1. This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration. After hearing the matter, this commission passed an order as follows.

2. This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties.  After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to the opposite parties.. After accepting the notice, opposite parties filed version. Since 28/05/2022 this case was posted for filing affidavit of complainant.

3. As the complainant was continuously absent. A notice was issued to the complainant to file proof affidavit today before this Commission. Opposite parties represented. Notice served to complainant called absent. Not filed proof affidavit by complainant to prove his case. In the above circumstances, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint. Hence complaint dismissed for default.

             In the result, complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.
