Case is advanced to today.  NGV for Complainant/Dhr is present.  Accused Muniraju, S/o. Muniswamy, aged about 56 years, Manager, United India Insurance Co. Ltd., is present.   Accused submits that his plea may be recorded.  Plea of the accused is recorded.  His plea of guilty is accepted.

Accused produced Cheque No. 407504 dtd. 15.05.2012 for Rs.6,94,438/-.  This may be kept in deposit in the name of the Forum.  Accused has also deposited Rs.25,000/- before the Hon’ble State Commission.  Thus, the entire amount of this execution is satisfied.  However, accused had preferred RP 587/2012 before the Hon’ble National Commission.  Accused submits that the said Revision Petition is coming before the Hon’ble National Commission on 13.07.2012.

If no order is received by the end of July 2012, then the amount in deposit be paid to the Complainant/DHr.  If any Order is received from the Hon’ble National Commission / produced by either of the parties, subject to that, the amount in deposit be disposed off.  Accordingly, recall NBW and File.

NBW is recalled.

Accused is convicted for the offence punishable u/s. 27 of the C.P. Act and sentenced to pay fine of Rs.2,000/-, in  default, to undergo simple imprisonment for 3 months.
