Heard Mr. S. P. Sharma the learned counsel for the appellant and Mrs. Tyangi the learned counsel for the respondent. It is submitted by the learned counsels for the parties that the respondent had deposited the cheque amounting to Rs 98832 ninety eight thousand eight hundred and thirty two dated 20.10.2009 to this commission. Mr. S. P. Sharma the learned counsel for the appellant has agreed to accept the said amount and the appellant has no further claims. Since the parties are satisfied with this amount this appeal has become infructuous. The appeal is therefore disposed of as infructuous.
