ORDER

Written Statement filed by OP along with vakalatnama. We find from the records that incorrect documents have been filed by complainant as the policy was in the name of sachin covering himself, his wife and his children however the claim of medical reimbursement is of one sourav wadhawa. Complainant states that he wants to withdraw the matter and sought time to file afresh before appropriate Forum. In these circumstances, request of the complainant is allowed. Limitation, if any, may be waived off in the interest of justice. File be consigned to record room. Let original copy of complaint be given after retaining a copy of the complaint. The case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before appropriate Forum. File be consigned to record room. Copy of order be given dasti.
