            On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after December 2021. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case for almost two years. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution, non-compliance. File be consigned to record room.
