Both parties state that  the dispute between the parties has been settled for an amount of Rs. 95,000/- as full and final settlement.  OP undertakes to make payment within 04 weeks starts from 26/04/2024. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
