                        This is an application filed by OP for depositing 50% of the amount in compliance of the order-dated 18.9.2009 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission in FA No.503 of 2009. A notice was issued to complainant, but despite service none has turned up. The cheque of Rs.39,240/- dated 22.10.09 and Rs.3532/- dated 6.11.09 has been deposited in the bank account of the Forum. The file be consigned.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties.
