At this stage, the complainant vide separate statement placed on record that has stated that the complaint be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh on the same cause of action.

          In result the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is left at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action and claim.      

                      In view of the said fact the application u/O 6 Rule 17 of the CPC is also dismissed as having become infructuous. It be tagged with the main complaint after its registration. The documents annexed with the complaint be also retruned to the complainant on furnishing of photocopies thereof against proper receipt. The complaint be consigned to the records after its registration and needful.
