ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to pay a sum of Rs.1,52,435/- as per the survey report with interest at the rate of 9% p.a. till the date of realization and to pay a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and deficiency in service caused by the opposite party to the complainant with cost of Rs.10,000/- of this complaint.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the allegations raised in the complaint.  The complainant is called absent for a long time.  No representation also.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
