ORDER

1.Complaint is allowed as against O.P.1 2.O.P.1 is directed to pay Rs.30,000/-with interest at the rate of 18% p.a from 1-3-2003 till the date of payment with cost of Rs.500/- the amount shall be paid within two months from the date of the reciept of this order. 3.The complainant shall surrender the vehicle before recieving such amount. 4.complaint against O.P.2 is Dismissed. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to O.P.1 by RPAD and to others under C.O.P
