ORDER

Complainant is not present. The opposite party has filed an affidavit stating that the claim of the complainant has been settled for Rs.11,578/- in full and final satisfaction of the claim. And the complainant has executed the receipt in that regard. The documents produced by the opposite party and the xerox copy of the disperment voucher shows that the sum of Rs.11,578/- has been paid to the complainant by the opposite party. Perhaps for this reason the complainant has not been attending the Forum since he has received the amount from opposite party. Hence we pass the following order. ORDER The complaint stands dismissed as the claim has been settled by the opposite party with complainant in full and final settlement of the claim. No costs.
