3.      Malik Toyota, 14.5 Milstone, NH-65, Chandigarh Road, Hisar, Haryana, through its authorized signatory.

O R D E R 

NAWAB SINGH, J. (ORAL)

 

          Complaint No.216 of 2016 titled ‘Rakesh Kumar Versus United India Insurance Company and others’ was decided by this Commission vide order dated February 12th, 2018.

2.      Shri Sudhir Gupta, counsel for the United India Insurance Company-applicants has filed this application stating that particulars of Rakesh Kumar-complainant were as under:

“Rakesh Kumar son of Shri Sukhbir Singh, resident of Village and Post Office Sukhmanpur Ratia, District Faridabad.”

The same particulars were mentioned in the complaint and order also. However, it is not District Faridabad rather Fatehabad as is gleaned from the paragraph No.15 of order dated February 12th, 2018. So, it has been prayed that instead of District Faridabad, the correction to be made District Fatehabad.

3.      Submission being tenable. It is ordered that necessary correction be made.

4.      Disposed of accordingly.
