Dated the 27th day of September, 2012 ORDER This order will dispose of the application filed by complainant praying therein that the amount deposited by OP as per interim order of the Hon’ble State Commission be released to the complainant alongwith interest, if admissible. Counsel for OPs has made the following statement, recorded separately:- “I have no objection if the application is allowed and the amount of Rs.1,28,792/- deposited by OP Insurance Company in compliance of the order passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, is released in favour of complainant alongwith interest accrued thereon.” In these circumstances, a sum of Rs.1,28,792/-, deposited by OP Insurance Company with the Forum, be released in favour of complainant, alongwith interest accrued thereon, if any. Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
