ORDER:

 

                         The Learned counsel for the Decree Holder has made  statement that as per impugned order, he has received the cheque no.816721 dated 23.10.2015 for Rs.11583/- and decretal amount stands recovered, therefore, he doesnot want to pursue with the present execution petition. .  His statement has been recorded separately.

2.                 In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Decree Holder, the present execution petition is  dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
