ORDER   Per Mr S M Shembole, Hon’ble Presiding Member                 Adv.Mr Kashyap for the applicant / complainant and Adv. Mr B Lahiri for the non-applicant No.1 / o.p. No.1 – United India Insurance Co. are present. None for the non-applicant No.2  / o.p. No.2 – National Insurance Co. is present.                 The applicant vide Pursis submitted that the non-applicant No.2  / o.p. No.2 has already complied the order and therefore, the applicant does not want to prosecute against the non-applicant No.2 / o.p. No.2                 As far as respondent No.1 is concerned the applicant has claimed amount of Rs.1,36,632 + cost of Rs.2,500/- totalling to Rs.1,39,132/-. Accordingly, non-applicant / o.p. No.1 has complied with the order by depositing a cheque bearing No.926796 of Rs.1,39,132/- with this Commission and filed the Pursis to that effect.        Thus, it is clear that both the non-applicants have complied with the order, in question.        Hence, the application is disposed of.       No order as to cost       Copy of this order be supplied to the parties.                         Delivered on 29.09.2011.
