The record is placed before the Grahak Madhyastata Diwas.
Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present. Son-in-Law of the complainant is also present by submitting an authorization letter, a petition of the complainant-Sandhya Sanyal and a medical certificate of Sandhya Sanyal.
Ld. Advocate for the OP No.1 is present.
Ld. Advocate for the complainant submits that an amicable settlement was made, out of the Commission, in between the parties and the complainant has already got Rs. 61,257/- on 19.09.2023 through NEFT and the grievance of the complainant has already been redressed.
The petition of the complainant dt. 20.01.2024 supports the submissions of the Ld. Advocate for the complainant.
Accordingly, the consumer dispute has been settled down.
Hence, it is order that the Consumer Complaint No. 173/2022 be and the same is hereby disposed of as the dispute was settled down, out of the Commission, in between the parties and the complainant is fully satisfied with the settlement.
Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
