This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.
The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite parties 1 to 4 to pay the reimbursement claim of Rs.1,75,833/- to the complainant and directing the 1 to 4 opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards compensation to the complainant for mental agony, worries, tension and mental depression caused by the opposite parties and directing the 1 to 4 opposite parties to pay the cost of the complaint to the complainant.
Opposite party 1 and 2 counsel present. Complainant and complainant counel absent from 2019 inspite of notice sent to complainant. Complainant has not appeared. Complainant counsel absent. No representation. Sufficient time given. Complainant has no interest in the complaint and hence there is no useful purpose in keeping the complaint pending. Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
