Today none has appeared on behalf of the appellant inspite of several calls.

A perusal of the order sheet has revealed that a court notice was sent to the appellant.

As per the office report, the above court notice has not been returned to the Commission.

Inspite of issuance of court notice, neither the appellant nor his counsel has appeared.

It appears that the appellant is not interested to contest the appeal. Hence, in the absence of the appellant, the appeal is hereby dismissed.  No order as to costs.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of this order be forwarded to the District Commission concerned for perusal and necessary information.
