Complainant is personally present along with his counsel. OPs are represented by learned counsel. Both the parties filed petition No.470/16 and 471/16 stating that the matter of dispute between both the parties has been amicably settled and the OP vide petition No.470/16 stated that they have offered Rs.7,35,000/- towards settlement of the complainant’s claim subject to the acceptance of the complainant. the complainant vide petition No.471/16 stated that they have accepted the amount of Rs.7,35,000/- as offered by the OP and confirmed and admit the above petition filed by the OP. The complainant by the above petition prayed this Forum to dispose the case on being amicable settlement between the parties with a direction to pay the above amount to the complainant.

Considering the above facts and circumstances also considering the amicable settlement of both the parties this case is the disposed of on compromise and directed the OP to pay the said amount to complainant after observing all the formalities.
