ORDER

     Vakalatnama on behalf of JDs has been received through registry.

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Pulkit Sachdeva, Advocate for Complainant/DH has stated that the appeal No.70 of 2024 filed by OPs/JDs is pending before the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, hence, at this stage, he does not press the present execution application and prayed that the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh after decision of the appeal by the Hon'ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T., Chandigarh, if need be.  The present execution application is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed for.

     Certified copy of the order dated 03.01.2024, annexed with the execution application, is ordered to be returned to the complainant/DH by retaining photocopy of the same.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
