Advocate Mr. Gaikwad appeared for complainant and filed application for taking the case on today’s board along with joint compromise pursis. Application is allowed and the case is taken on today’s board. As per joint pursis of compromise, between the complainant and OP No. 2 Bank of India, the matter is compromised between the parties out of Court. Said pursis signed by complainant and OP No. 2 and also their advocates. As per pursis, the complainant do not want to proceed the case further. Hence order passed below Exh. 1. The matter has been compromised between the parties as per compromise deed dated 2/9/2021 filed on record and identified by advocate.
