The Respondent No.2 filed a memo along with a cheque bearing No.601509 dt. 17.3.2015 for Rs. 75,993/- and another cheque bearing No. 601510 dt. 17-03-2015 for Rs. 50,000/- in section on 01-04-2015 towards full satisfaction of the decree passed in CC No. 21 of 2013 dated 20-11-2014 and requested to terminate the present petition in EA NO.2 of 2015 notice being received by petitioner/complainant  on 01-04-2015 but not raised any objection over the said deposited amount. Hence this petition in EA no./2/2015 is terminated.
